How it Works

Step 1

Click the Get Started Now button, complete the information, and make selections. If the death has occurred, complete the payment. If it has not occurred, no payment is due.

Step 2

You will receive the Information Record by email from us. Complete the form and finalize.

Step 3

When the death occurs, call Select Cremation at 800-975-6208.

Step 4

Click on the links we send you to complete the payment (if not done already), contract, and authorizations.

Our caring staff will come to the place of death and bring your loved one into our care. We will secure all permits and file death certificates. You will receive the cremated remains in whichever urn you order, via U.S. Priority Express Overnight Mail in 1-2 weeks.
